I use Velveeta Cheese. Take the cheese and cut into cubes and put in a glass mixing bowl(one that is microwavable) add about 1/2 cup of milk and microwave on high for about 3 minutes. Take it out and stir it up if it isn't melted yet put it in for another 3 or so. When it is all melted add some pickled jalapeno pepper rings to the sauce and a little liquid off the peppers to make a sizzling nacho cheese sauce. Add less if you don't like it too hot. Um Um Good!

Yes but when you micro the Velveeta cheese log (small) add a can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos. That can makes the difference. Some like a big log of cheese but that can get thick and gumpy very fast. A nice added thing is chopped sweet onion and chopped green onion and maybe chopped black or grean olives. I also add a dash of hot pepper sauce.

A small package of veletta cheese, 1/2 can of "cream of mushroom soup" and salsa to taste. Can either be microwaved or on stovetop.
