I need something with little to no shutter lag time, to shoot animals and outdoor scenery, and low light conditions.
I would prefer that my camera be between 7.2-10.1MP and blue(primary or darker blue), because it's my favorite color.

Which one of these works the best for my use?:

Casio Exilim, Panasonic Lumix, Sony Cybershot, or Fujifilm Finepix?

If you want little to no lag, you need a DSLR first and foremost. Compact non-SLR cameras ALL have shutter lag, regardless of manufacturer or price.

Well the better camera is the Sony Cybershot. Go to Cnet.com for reviews of all the cameras. The problem is that the Sony doesn't come in dark blue. But do you want a good camera or just a cute one?
