Firstly, your dog really needs to see a vet. Pet care includes a lot of things, and vet care is one of those things. It's like having a baby and not taking it to the Pediatrician.
Unfortunately, there are many people who enter into the world of pet ownership without being fully equipped or financially capable of being responsible pet owners.
Some places have an SPCA or a Humane Society that will take sick animals and treat them if you sign them over. This means you will not have a puppy anymore, but it also means the puppy will get the help it needs badly.
If relinquishing the puppy and going to the vet are just out of the question for you, there are a few things you can try, but there is no guarantee your puppy will be ok without proper treatment by a vet.
If the dog has roundworms they are easily treated with Dewormer. You can buy a bottle of liquid (which I always thinks works better) from a pet supply company. I buy the same kind my vet uses at our pet supply. It's not too expensive. Follow the directions on the label.
If the dog is having diarrhea, you can feed her pedialite to keep her from getting dehydrated.
If the dog has parvo, you must have antibiotics to kill it. You can feed the dog cooked chicken or hamburger (with the grease rinsed off) and rice. If she won't eat the food, cook the chicken in water, cook the rice in a little too much water, and feed her the broth from the chicken and the extra water from the rice. She'll need to be given pedialite regularly to keep her from getting dehydrated.

I know people can have finacial difficulty, been there myself, however if you can not afford to take your puppy to the vet for proper treatment then you really should think about rehoming her.

As for Parvo if indeed she had Parvo no home remedies are going to help her..she would need correct treatment at a vets.
If your dog has worms then she also needs to be seen by a vet and a stool sample needs to be taken and a fecal test done to see if there are other types of worms present (no you wouldn't necassarily se them yourself)..she would need to be very carefully dewormed and closely monitored if she is as ill as your post indicates...being a responsible pet owner includes getting necassary vet care....so be responsible and get this puppy to a vet asap.
Do NOT use any OTC dewormers on this puppy (or any puppy for that matter)..to do so definately could kill it if it is ill!!!

In many states not seeking proper medical care for your dog is considered abuse and neglect and not having money is not considered a good excuse.

You get the proper wormer and worm the puppy.. Feed good quality food to help build her system back up.. And get a job to take better care of your puppy.. Why did you buy a puppy if you have no money to care for a puppy properly? Apply for a Mastercard or something so you have money available in the future.. Dogs should not die because people can't afford to care for them.. Who sold you this puppy??

You got a puppy but couldn't afford vet care? They need a series of vaccines, dewormings, heartworm prevention, food, spay/neutering.
You are seeing roundworms pass, which is normal after a deworming in puppies. I don't know if your puppy will die--is it eating well and not vomiting? Is it playful? If it is sick, a trip to the vets for treatment may be the only way to save it. Borrow money from someone if you must.

The only answer is getting him to the vet.
You even said yourself that your puppy is dying so why would you wait.
If you can't afford to take care of him and keep him alive, then why have a pet?
Yes, he will die.
Puppies need to be treated for worms every couple of months up until 6 months and sometimes even after that.
But every puppy will have worms and they need to be taken care of medically by the vet.
I hate it when people say they can't afford to take their animals to the vet , when they are dying.
Then why do you have a pet?
You wouldn't deprive your child of medical attention, why would you deprive your pet ???

If you can't afford the vet you can't afford the pet.

Try going to a humane society, they may offer discounted vet services. You can also apply for Care Credit at your vet.

If these are not an option for you, surrender the puppy to a rescue where it can be taken care of properly.

To deny medical care is abuse and neglect, and you can be criminally charged.

You can get over the counter worm treatments from any pet store. Also if you have a feed store they have better products and are usually a little cheaper or the same price.

If you cannot afford the treatment it is better to find a home that can than the dog die.

You reallly need to get your puppy to the vet! maybe the vet will let you pay later when you can afford it.

you could also just call the vet and ask him if there is anything you can do
