Dog Rash???

Well my chihuaha has a very wierd rash and I really don't now what to do

You should take it to the vet. It could be having a reaction to food, unwashed out shampoo, or it could be food allergies. It's better to bring the pet into the vet before it gets an infection or the rash spreads.

where is the rash?also, does he lick himself in certain areas? could be an environmental or food allergy.

How about making an appt. with the vet?
