we work at the same job and i have a suspicion about this guy that works there also.i think he wants to hook up with her if he hasnt already.what can i do about all of this?

Except that at some point in your life you have to figure out that just because their cute and female doesn't make them right for you. Frist off the more space thing is usually a matter of how you guys spend that time together, not how much. And I have a sinken suspicion because of how you don't trust her, that you two don't spend it very well. Understand if you love a person and don't trust them, you do love them, but you don't understand them. And unfornuntly the human response to not understanding something is FEAR! So unless you ballz up and start appling that love and understanding this cat, it isn't worth it for you to keep ahold on something your, well, afraid of....
