The police will do that for you. All you have to do is to report the accident and the police report will determine blame. If you do have an accident never admit to anything and never say "Sorry, my fault". Again let the police determine guilt, if they can't then the insurance companies can fight it out.

It depends on who is at fault. If you caused the accident, step up and accept responsibility for it.

DO NOT ADMIT FAULT OR POINT BLAME.
