It seems to good to be true and and I feel that there must be a catch. I'm required to invest money but at the end I'll be cashing in the big ones. I really don't understand what they mean by running my buisness at home. I don't have a buisness. I'm a server for crying out loud! Can somebody please tell me how these really works and if its really worth it so I can try it out. I don't want to hear fake testimonies.

It is too good to be true. It's all a scam! There is no such thing as get rich quick. Just remember if it sounds too good to be true it is!
Forget about the scams and just find a job you like or start your own business that is legit the regular way through hard work.
