An unfortunate tendency to rely on A god to explain the unexplainable.

Through-ought years societies, when faced with something they can not explain, tend to simplify it by saying "it was god".

Now personally, i believe that there may be some sort of god-like being out there (who may or may not know we exist, but certainly doesn't interefere here on Earth).

I think this because scientists & physicists alike cannot explain anything sooner than .00000001 seconds after the big bang occurred mathematically (give or take).

If anyone has any information regarding any new break-throughs regarding this, or on the actual question of whether or not they agree that societies (religious ones) tend to attribute to god, what they cannot explain. Feel free to post.

I was going to add another sentence in there saying that I know the html wont work as it didn't when i previewed it, but I thought it would be pointless at redundant as i figured most people would see that i was just trying to emphasize some points.

The sentence i took out:

*I know the html won't work but I was trying to emphasize some points*

It's true... it's funny. And you'd think you would have gone back and edited them. But I digress.

You're asking for proof that faith covers some unexplainable things? This appears to be a loaded question with the answer being nothing more than a truism.

Try to come around to the fact that science and faith are not mutually exclusive; it will get you a lot farther than this sort of stuff.

Add: "*I know the html won't work but I was trying to emphasize some points*"
OH COME ON!! That's not true at all. Next time just use CAPITALIZATION. ;-)

stephen: Scientists are just dumb-founded in attempting to explain what holds the universe together. This puzzle has been a real poser for decades. There have been many stabs at trying to figure it out but it always ends up back, to "square one", with the same dichotomy. Is it God's power doing this ? .... You tell me ?
