What is your idea of how a Ouija board Works?

I have the belief and faith that an Ouija is like any other amplifier of an operants own abilities for divination, just as pendulums, water bowls, cyystal balls, meditation, and Tarot cards. There are no invasions by ghosts spirits or anyhing evil unless the operant causes such on purpose.

I also believe this ongoing Christian rant on the use of OuiJa is because the Christian operants want "scary" things to happen because they've been trained that any kind of Magick must bring evil. The board just amplifies their ability to call forth their own darkness and if spirits are about greet those spirits with fear and hatred. Though, by their own words and their Bible, spirits go only to heaven and hell they do not "haunt the living" nor are spirits intrinsically evil.
I do not believe now or have I ever believed in Satan, Devils, or Demons. There is no reason I should fear them coming through a Board. I do believe a certain amount of people & religions need fear and evil in their lives

One more detail: The Ouija is the most inefficent of amplifiers and that is why I call it a toy.

In more than 60 years of study and crafting I have never found anything in the working of Magick perfect.

I can't believe there are people int he 21st century who sincerely believe the Devil resides in something with a "Parker Brothers" logo.

Satan would love for us not to believe in him. But unfortunately he does exist. I believe also that when a person dies that his spirit is gone and they do not linger as many would say. Evil spirits , fallen angels, which are Satan's counter parts do have direct cause in why people will claim that they saw " a ghost " these spirits knows what our love ones who pass on look like and will take on their form. Why? so they can distract us from the Truth. People want an immediate gratification that is why so many people will go to mediums etc. .. Satan will give immediate results. The bible says that the " Just shall live by faith". Believing without having to see. Although our prayers sometimes takes a while but they always get answered. As far as a Ouija board, stay far away from them, it is an avenue to allow fallen spirits into your home.

You've basically answered your own question. The Board is merely a tool, an amplifier, as you said, to enhance ones own abilities. It's a focus object to be used much in the way of other scrying tools, when we need to contact our higher selves, for the higher self is in contact with the Universe at all times.
