It actually varies from state to state. Where are you located? Indiana, for instance, has a $15 title fee, where Illinois has $65.

Ask the salesman. It will depend on the state that you live in. You should be given the figure before you sign the papers. Normally, once the price has been agreed upon, then they add the other costs when they hit you up with the monthly payment. Before you sign the papers have the salesman give you the complete figures for the trade. Your down payment and the total cost of the payments. good luck.

Do you mean license plate when you say tag? Tags to me means the sticker you put on your license plate every year. Those can't be removed without tearing them. So the whole license plate would have to be moved. If that's the case then no you can't put license plates from one car onto a new car. At least in my state you can't. Also, you paid title money? Buying a car gets you the title, they go together, so I don't understand why you would have to pay extra money for the title.

Impossible to answer. It varies depending on the worth of the vehicle, the price, whether or not there are current plates on the vehicle, and a whole host of other questions.

About 8% more or less. If you do 10% you'll definitely have it covered. Tax and license vary from state to state.
