looking for a car to completely restore. I want something that needs alot of work but has a decent body. I don't know if ebays the best or is there any other places to find them at.

Depending on your budget, you can get them on eBay, craigslist, and local papers including thrifty nickle type sales papers.

The BEST way to find a good deal is through word of mouth. The more "public" the sale. the higher the price will be. Also, drive around and check alleys and yards, and the backyard of used car dealers for good deals. Prices will be lower in the country than in the city, too.

Local papers, auto trader, ebay (look for local sellers though) car message boards.. Look around the web for message boards for the year and model car your wanting.. Most boards has a buy/sell fourm for people to post cars, parts, etc they have for sell.
Look and see if theres an auto auction anywhere close to you.

I bought my last old Camaro( 68 350 ss) through the antique auto trader, also you may want to check kout Morosos auto parts flea market, I was able to purchase all original parts there for my car
