when writing the duties/responsibilities at past jobs on a resume do you write everything in past tense? one of the three jobs on my employment history i am still currently employed there. seems trivial but i dont know what to do. should i write everthing in past tense?

For consistency sake - yes, write it in past tense. Everything needs to be clear and easy to understand and read.

After that, don't worry about it too much b/c recruiters won't focus so much on that, they'll focus on the content in your resume

Everything in past tense. You've got to be consistent. Everything should line up in very organized fashion, so they can glance and get the gist of it. Be consistent. If you capitalized here, capitalize there, etc.

Find a job! Go!
