I can find it using search, but it doesn't really help me. the file name is wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe I have windows xp media sp2, pc was purchased this year. I am new to computers and I am trying to learn, but it is hard for me, my only option for Inet is dial-up connected at 14.4kps, my only option. : ( I have bought and read windows XP for dummies, to no avail. very frustrating,very. I keep up todate with up-dates, I do all my DN-Loads after midnight so the phone line is free, and I can get 16.8kbps. I am at a loss.
any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance,

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx?displang=en&qstechnology= online. You will see Windows Media player 11, click and download it. I recommend you to choose Media Player 10 from Versions drop-down menu as it is much easier to use.
