OK, there's no "financial aid". It's not like college. Does he have life insurance? You'll have to ask him. Does he have a will? If so, who gets the house? You'll have to ask him.

Check his life insurance policy.

you should talk to your dad about this, see if he has life insurance or not, no way could we know this
