my dog is around 35 lbs.
at first he started vomiting a lot and peeing in the house..
then he started to go diarhia.. and didn't eat for 2 days
then he started to eat and didn't poop at all but he peed
now he eats and goes diarhia and it looks like there is blood in it..it's very liquidy too..

sorry if this is graphic

this has been happening for about a week, when it was the first 3 days he didn't move at all now he's back to his old self

he accidently ate a piece of raw chicken..but i don't know if that's whats causing this..

will this just blow over or will we have to take him in to the doctors?

if this has been going on for a week and your dog has been that sick you should have already taken him to the vet. yes it could have been from the raw chicken. but it may be too late now to be able to tell for sure. if your dog isn't a puppy and is fully vaccinated i would think it might be a case of what's called pancreatitis. or it could be salmonella from the chicken. either way it doesn't matter. you are bordering on animal cruelty. i imagine your dog is very dehydrated, and it's going to take more to make him well than it would have a week ago. as for blowing over, the only thing that's going to blow is your dog's bowels. the fact he didn't move at all for 3 days and it's been going on for a week is a pretty good indicator that veterinary intervention is needed. if you were doing this i'm sure you would have long ago seeked medical help. your poor dog is sick and needs a dr. get him there immediatly.

Yes, raw meat like chicken can cause severe intestinal infections and bacterial problems. We see it all too frequently. Domestic dogs aren't designed to eat raw packaged meats. Your dog is probably pretty dehydrated at this point and really needs some medical help for fluid replacement and antibiotics/anti vomit meds. I woudn't wait any longer--you're taking a risk.

Sounds to me such as you have a all the way down to earth vet. He ought to truly sell you on extra high priced issues, yet somewhat he's on the extra effective section. probability is, your dogs will at last get interior the trash...if he's adjusted to the occasional table foodstuff, it wont disillusioned his abdomen. so a ways as cleaners...he's sweet and you will save funds. the only factor you need to spend the extra funds on is dogs shampoo. Human shampoo has a tendency to dry their dermis too lots.

Raw chicken won't make (most) dogs sick unless they're sick already. Dogs are designed to eat raw meat.
There could be something very serious going on, he needs a VET now.
