I was wondering this myself this morning and din't really know how to ask the question on here so thank you!! Yes I do though not whilst consciously meditating - just at random times, sometimes on the loo!!! (not kidding) Often the palms hands my hands are just pointing upwards to the sky and it feels like energy is pouring into them. At first it was a bit scary but I am used to it now. Sometimes I get the ball of energy between my hands but I am not entirely sure what to do with it. I don't get the sign of the cross but my hands go into prayer position just above my head. What you gonna do?

Involuntary movement is very common. Don't get caught up in the positions of the hands etc.and or meanings. When you notice this happening just take yourself gently back into your comfortable position.Very nice that you notice the energy....It is possible to give a whole meditation over to this as well, seeing where it leads..Also very good to do some vigorous walking or activity before meditation to quiet the body formations. Have fun.

Involuntary movement, such as twitching, is simply the body throwing off stresses stored in the nervous system. It is normal.
These other things you describe sound like past life restimulations. Maybe you should consider going to a hypnotherapist to do a past life regression to find out more. Sometimes this information is very empowering.
