Drink plenty of water daily (at least 6-8 8 oz glasses). Stay away from drive-thrus, potato chips, chocolate, etc. as much as you can. I'm not saying you can't have them but have them moderately. Also, wash you face daily in the morning and at night before going to bed with a good cleansing product, (clinique has awesome soap bars), then apply a good moisturizer to keep your skin healthy and glowing :-)

Drink LOADS of water, and eat alot of fruits and veggies. You also need protein so make sure you are eating some of that. You need atleast an hour and a half of excercise in your everyday life. This does not mean to sit in front of your tv and watch work-out videos. It means to go to your local park and run, or play some soccer or football in your backyards with a group of friends. Take a shower Daily.

Water!!! Fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meat, fish, some dairy products. Stay away from sweets and carbonated drinks. Fresh air, enough sleep and exercise makes for a healthy body.

i take 2 or 3 vitamin c vitamins, 2 multi, and 1 calcium daily
as well as cod liver oil
and then i moisturize my skin at night with nivea soft cream and im clean and clear:)

drink tons of water, eat lots of fruits and vegetables (don't be picky with what kinds to eat), sleep and wake early. don't eat too much fried and oily foods. also, a teeny bit like 5-8ml of fresh bittergourd juice everyday will help :> oh and exercise exercise exercise!!!! :>

I know you asked about food, but water is very good to drink, because it helps the skin and keeps you hydrated.

you should eat more vegetables and fruits and you should drink alot of water and do any kind of sports .
