The first three would be the only way to get a fully balanced diet eating only three foods...and the ice-cream & beer would be the only way to stand it!

What a great way to put a spin on a question! It would be really hard to do, but if I had to choose...
sushi (raw salmon, if I have to narrow it down)
pasta (with carbonara sauce, again, if I had to narrow it down)
prime rib (medium rare with a horseradish crust!~lol!)
Fiddleheads (my favorite hard-to-find vegetable)
As for the drink, I drink a LOT of water, but I don't think that I could live without BEER...(Newcastle if you're gonna make me choose one!)

1. Salad: Spinach, Romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots, croutons, black olives. with ceasar italian dressing.
2. Rotissere chicken: seasoned with lawry's, onion salt, garlic salt
3. Baked Potato: sour cream, chives, butter
4. Cinnamon Toast Crunch with whole milk

1.wok-fried chicken with assorted veggies
2. Salad with everything in it, olive oil/lemon dressing
3.Fragrant Thai Rice in Pineapple shell.
4.Grilled Salmon with herb/lemon/black pepper crust
and to drink

this is kinda hard, I most only have liquids... but I would say...
foods
-smoothies (mix berry, papaya, kiwi-pinapple, etc.)
-watermelon
-thai sticky rice (wild rice/ sweet brown rice mix in coconut butter and sided with sliced mango)

drink
-lemonade (fresh lemon and stevia)
... matcha is really good as well, but lemons are easier to get
