There were three Gardens from which Adam and Eve could have been. One of the three was chosen for them before they arrived. This you will not find in the bible. You will find it in the Book of Urantia, page 823. The Bible talks about the garden on Earth. I don't think the garden of Eden is mentioned in the Bible as being in Heaven. It says in Revelations in the bible that the old earth and old heaven will be passed away and the New Jerusalem Kingdom will be on Earth coming down from above. No mention of the Garden of Eden, It does have a river running through it and streets of Gold and the tree of life on either side of the river.

It may be true that Islam says Eden is the name of the first heaven. But the Bible plainly states that Eden was located on earth. So yes, those professed Christians who accept the Bible as God's word believe that Eden was geographically located on earth.

Does the Quran speak of the Bible? The Qur’ān calls the Torah and the InjÄ«l “the Book of Enlightenment.” (Āl ‘Imrān [3]:184; Fāṭir [35]:25)

Many Qur’ānic verses state that these books are from God. (Al-Baqarah [2]:89; Al-An‘ām [6]:92) Concerning both the Torah and InjÄ«l, we read: “Wherein is guidance and a light.” (Al-Mā’idah [5]:44, 46, MMP)

Furthermore, Al-Mā’idah [5]:46 says about the Torah: “Therein is the (plain) command of God.” Many of the great interpreters (such as Al-Jalālayn, Al-Fakhr Al-RāzÄ«, Al-ṬabarÄ«, and Al-BayḍāwÄ«) acknowledge that according to the Qur’ān, the Torah is called “the Book of God” (Āl ‘Imrān [3]:23) and “the Book which helps to make things clear.” (Al-Ṣāffāt [37]:117)

The Bible clearly teaches about an earthly paradise and also that the Garden of Eden was this earthly paradise.

Islam is wrong about that and just about everything else it teaches.

Yes the Garden of Eden was on this earth.

However, since the flood, we don't know where it was.

The Bible says it was located between the Tigris and the Euphrates rivers, and those are on Earth, that it was created during the time God was creating the Earth and the things in it, and so I have to conclude that it was, in fact, on Earth.

Some do. Some don't. Many regard the tale as just that: A "just-so" creation story.

The only time I care about the subject is when idiots insist on treating an ancient myth like that as literal history.
