I eat a lot of eggs, but leave out the yolks sometimes. My cholesterol is through the roof, even though I only weigh 115 pounds! Sometimes high cholesterol is hereditary - my mom had it, and she was a vegetarian.

It's okay to eat eggs every day, though, if your total cholesterol is under 175. I'd do it in a heartbeat. I LOVE eggs.

Umm, most days I eat eggs. I dont eat much meat and eggs are just easy. I even keep my own chickens so my eggs are always fresh. Yesterday I ate 5 eggs, today I just ate 1 for breakfast.

i eat 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg everyday. eggs are good for you. it is the best source of protein. research has has shown that eggs are not as bad as they thought they where in the past. just like all of a sudden carbs are bad for you. people dont know @!*#. eat your eggs.

eggs are an excellent source of inexpensive protein. But the yokes are high in cholesterol. Try and egg white omelet, with 2-3 egg whites with 1 whole egg. Egg whites are very bleh, so the one with yoke helps give you a little flavor. Cook them up using cooking spray. Healthy every time!

no, eggs are good but they yolk is very high in saturated fat.

it would be better to just eat 1 or 2 eggs every 2-3 days at most.

or you could just have the egg whites and eat all you want every day.

I don't eat them everyday but I like em every way they can be cooked... As far as being good for you, I work with this guy that eats 15 boiled egg whites every morning at break... And he tells me the whites are good for you. This dude is cut so I'm not gonna argue with him...

That depends on what you are eating the egg for.I used to eat three to four eggs every day and work out for three to four hours.Now they dont call me the bull for nothing.

I eat eggs every other day! In the morning. I like boiled egg, scrabled, omlette is my fave, i like fried egg too.

I don't et eggs everyday, and yes I know that alot of products do contain egg product, so many people do without knowing about it...
