its not feces, she has an overbite and drinks from faucets, just want to make sure she doesn't have a disease

You should take her to the vet. She could have an infection or fungus that needs treatment. Bad smells are often an indication of infection.

Take this kitty to your vet and have her checked out. This could be anything from a fungal infection to skin cancer.
