Yes, they will. In a study done a few years ago, blueberries were ranked in the top ten foods for the amount of antioxidants they have. The study also found that wild blueberries have higher levels of antioxidants than farmed blueberries; if you really want to become healthier, I would eat wild ones (if you live in the country and can pick them) or buy organic.
