Some cats bond to only one person, but most can appreciate a little quiet attention.
Talk quietly to her. Show her your hand before reaching to touch, and don't pick her up without her permission. If you don't do the pick up thing, they keep calm and feel you're more a friend and will be more approachable because you're allowing them more control.
Bring her a catnip leaf or two pieces of kibble occasionally, putting it in front of her. Doesn't matter if she eats it or not, it's just a friendly offering.
If you go slow, that lets the cat see you have a quiet routine and can be a reliable friend. This is important to an adult cat.

If this is a spoiled house cat, and still unfriendly---well, I'm sorry, but it's just this cat's personality and there isn't much you're going to do to change this-----EXCEPT---is the cat spayed/neutered? If not, please have him/her fixed asap. This will most often help to calm down this nastiness in a cat. If un-altered, all the cat has their mind on is mating, and they do get very unfriendly. Best of luck to you with this kitty--and Please, for your own enjoyment, and the further happiness of your cat---get him/her fixed.

Here's a thought. Make sure he has all the food, water and whatever else he needs and then totally ignore him. Just make sure his needs are met and in time he may decide he wants to come for a pet.
Or he may just be one of those that doesnt want to be a snuggly cat.
Cats can also be put off by direct eye contact---dont even look straight at him.
It's not about making him do anything, it;s about respecting that he has his own needs and one of them may be a lot of privacy.

You cannot change a cat from not to friendly. It may happen and if the cat changes it is forever.

Leave it alone...you can't force a cat to be friendly just like you can't force people who are to either.

Cats have personalities just like humans. If he's unsociable, chances are he will stay that way.
