Check out this site, it has a nice diagram that is easy to see:

To the friendly neighborhood VET right away. Have the kitties checked and fixed at the appropriate age.
If you wait tooooo long, you might become a "Moggy kitten Grandma" with armfuls of Moggies fathered by unscrupulous neighborhood tom cats.

My friend had the same problem and had a kitten that she was told was female and then the other day realised that she was actually a boy. Apparently you cannot necessarily tell until they are about six months old. Hope this has helped you. My friend actually registered her cat with the vet as a female and is glad she found out before taking her for the operation!

How old are the kittens? Pick up the tail and look to see if either has testicles, if they are over 8 weeks, which they should be before they are sold you should be able to see testicles, but sometimes they can retain them. So if you are still unsure then you should take them to your vet for a check up (which should be done anyway) and let the vet have a look.

If you look under the tail, a boy has 2 circle typed things. A girl only has one.

Lift their tail, if they have balls they're male, if they don't they're girls. I was able to tell when my kittens were a few days old, but sometimes you have to wait until they're about 10 weeks old.
Hope this helps

look between their back legs and if you see a little weenie (penis) then its a boy. it is hard to tell with cats until they get around 8 weeks though. some times even later. no matter you can have them neutered as well as spayed

If you don't know how to tell the difference, I'm surprised you actually managed to have a daughter.

your question got cut off, but I'll assume your asking how do you know the sex. I have one of each and my female has nipples that stick out and my male does not. Hope this helps a little.

If they have a small pouch with 2 little balls and a small peis in front of that, they are boys. If they only have one small projection for peeing, they are girls.
