This is an outright lie...The Golden plates were taken away by an angel. He never melted them to make a church.

As for his many wives...He didn't have any children by other wives.

I believe that if there was any tablets found by Joseph Smith, then they weren't Gold because how is that being humble (speaking from a Christian or...biblical aspect)? Were the Ten Commandments made out of gold? How about Jesus's chalice? Of course not

Mercy...What an idea. There is no proof of the existence of the Golden Tablets. However, I accept any religious philosophies that are based on cooperative humanitarianism.

OK...I am not Mormon, but when I read the story about (what's his name) looking through a rock into a hat to find prophecy while wearing his "magic underwear"...that was enough for me to just walk away.
