Well, if the kitty has never had sugar, she will probably have diarrhea.. not fun for you and definitely not fun for her, so probably best not to experiment, lol... I had a cat named Simone and his favorite foods were Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and black olives... so all cats are different I suppose.. They seem to love whipped cream and ice cream but I give that to my babies on a regular basis and they are used to it and like it for a treat.. you might try something like that with her... Or ... pieces of doughnut are easy for them to eat and a fun treat.. Just don't give them too much or they will end up being unhealthy and obese.... Good luck!

You probably won't notice an instant problem. But, animals weren't meant to eat sweets. The refined sugars can bring a host of ills, including diabetes, arthritis, and other long term illnesses. It is best to stick to a healthy diet, and not supplement with human food - which isn't even fit for many humans. A real bone treat is just as loved by my animals, and they don't beg or steal human food because it holds no interest to them. Your local grocery will probably sell bones in the meat department that you dogs would find heavenly! And the cats love tuna juice (which my vet recommends when they are sick and need some mineral intake). You might think of buying a can of sardines for a snack for your cats. (just check the additives first, and try to get them as close to natural as possible.)

Your kitty probably would not even eat the sugar, most cats don't like anything too sweet. If she did like it and just ate a little it would not hurt her.

Why do you want to give your cat sugar? I would not do it, it would not hurt the cat, but why do it? They do not need sugar, so I would say don't give your cat sugar.

Cats don't digest sugar well, their pancreas and liver can't handle it.
Just give them cat food, it's what they're supposed to eat, not human junk food.

Do not give your pets sweets. They will become blind. I know this as a fact. Go read up on sweets for cats/dogs, and it'll say that it isn't good.

I don't know but you shouldn't try it if you don't know what would happen to your cat.
