years ago,i had a recipe using bisquik ( it may have been on the pkg.) adding like sausage,if desired & baked. I lost this recipe in a home fire & would love to find it again. It was like a quiche but no crust,if that helps. Thanks to all who answer!!

MARIOTT QUICHE

3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Season All
1/2 c. various ingredients, (onions, squash, sausage, ground beef, ham or any desired fresh vegetables).

Beat eggs. Add milk, Bisquick, season-all, cheese, butter and other ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Let set 15 minutes before serving.

NOTE: Quiche makes its own pie crust.

Those are from the Betty Crocker website, there are 37 results that I found, and they are called Impossible Pies, as you mix everything in one bowl and as it bakes the density of the Bisquick makes it settle to the bottom thus making a crust. They're pretty good, if time is a factor.....here's the recipe that I copied for you, it's an Italian Sausage Impossible Pie.....go to the website for more ideas!!! Enjoy!!

1/2 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
2 cups Green Giant® frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, well drained
1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs


1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Spread sausage in pie plate. Sprinkle with vegetables.
2. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 33 to 38 minutes.

BISQUICK QUICHE

1 c. any chopped meat (ham, shrimp, beef) or vegetable (spinach, broccoli)
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground mustard

Grease 9-inch or 10-inch pie plate. Layer meat (vegetable), onion and cheese. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees.

BISQUICK QUICHE

1-2 c. fillings of your choice (example broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease 10" pie plate or 8" square.

3. Sprinkle fillings, onions and cheese in plate.

4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into plate.

5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.

6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
