I use Redken smooth down shampoo and conditioner....its really good...hair feels so soft, clean and smells amazing. On their website they have a questionnare which u can fill out and they recommend which products to use!

Garnier fructis deep fortifying conditioner, cholesterol conditioner, aussie 3 minute miracle, hot oil treatments, but if the hair is really dameged you might have to just cut the damaged part off

I would reccomend biolage. Because i had the same problem. Also biolage has a very thick conditioner! Good luck& i hope that this helps.

i would use tesemee shampoo and conditioner because i had relli damaged hair and it restored it in 2 washes ... hope i could helpp .... summer_yehh
