It takes me 30 minutes to get to my 8AM class. I usually do not have enough time to eat breakfast, and I do not want to starve myself. I have a class right after so if I skip breakfast, I don't get to eat till 10AM (!)

What do you suggest as a quick and healthy breakfast? I was thinking something like fruit and yogurt, or a granola bar.

i think granola bars are wonderful if you get burnt out on that then maybe just eat dry chex cereal or any cereal for that matter

When I went back to college, I packed Quaker Oats bars (the chocolate chip kind) and a couple bottles of sparkling water. The sugar got me through management classes!

Or try a Carnation Instant Breakfast shake...easy to make and you can drink it on the way to school.

Kashi go lean crunch. very filling. keeps me full til about 1pm.
