I know this sounds stupid, but I'm just wondering... My house was built during World War II, and I had alot of family die of old age, and some cancer. Does that mean their spirits are in heaven or still in the house? Thank you.

According to the bible, the dead are asleep in Christ until the day of judgment. If you think there are ghosts in your house, they are not from people who have died there, they are minions of Satan, just like the apparitions of the Virgin Mary are nothing but Satanic appearances.

Their spirits are not in your house. These people have either gone to heaven or hell. People's spirits do not stay on earth excepts in the movies. Not to say that there are not any negative spirits on earth. There are but they belong to Satan's demons and have been hear from the beginning. Demons and angels are not dead humans but are separate creatures all together.

Sweetheart, If your family were Christians they are with God now. My Grandmother just went to Heaven on the 8th of this month and I was in the room with her right after she left. It was the most wonderful feeling I have ever felt. I know she is with our Lord.

Hi Christine, rest assured that the spirits of your family have gone back to the God who created and loved them, this life is simply a pilgrimage on our way home to God and do not be fooled by talk of ghosts and such.

They are at rest until The coming of the lord that promised us of a Resurrection, we would not need a Resurrection if every one is in hell or heaven.

That solely depends on their wants at the time.
They could be anywhere!
Only one thing is for sure, they are where they wanted to be.
For all of use decide where we go, it all boils down to were we TRUELY believe we deserve to go.
We all can go to HEAVEN, no matter what, you just have to want to go!

it depends on how you view things in life...if ur a THEIST you should believe that ur ancestors are now in heaven with the GOD ALMIGHTY...
