If you are flying by yourself, the flight attendants will take extra care to see that you have everything you need. They'll bring you something to drink, and there'll probably be headphones so you can listen to the radio. If you have to go to the bathroom, there's one onboard. Just be sure you buckle up during takeoff and touchdown. Have a great flight!

I wish I knew exactly what to say to make you feel relaxed.
What I can tell you for sure is, the flight attendants will watch out for you since they know you are alone. Don't be afraid to tell one of them you are scared. They might know what to do to make you more comfortable since they've had experience. Keep in mind that it is their job to take care of passengers. I have flown a lot and have always found the flight attendants to be nice, friendly people.
There are restrooms on the plane and all you have to do is get up and go if you need to.
If you think you might like to look out the window, get a window seat. I like to sit on the aisle so I don't have to bother anyone if I have to use the restroom and when the plane stops, I like to stand up right away without bumping my head on the overhead compartment! LOL
Before your flight takes off, you will hear some safety instructions you need to pay attention to. Don't let them worry you! Just pay attention so you'll learn about things like the fasten seatbelt signs.
It might help if you bring a book, cd player, Ipod or some magazines for a distraction and they might even show a movie on the plane. Depending on the airline and how long your flight is, they might serve a snack or something to drink and soft drinks are usually free.

When you arrive at your destination, make sure you don't leave anything on the plane. Once again, you can ask a flight attendant where you should go to meet whoever is picking you up and they will help you.

And you know what else? You might just love it!

I hope this helps a little.

Oh it can be fun! I think sitting next to the window is good because you can look out and see where you are, whereas otherwise you get more of a claustrophobic reaction. Regarding going to the bathroom, I always have something salty like potato chips or tomato juice which retains fluid so I don t have to go as much should the Captain turn on a little light saying you cannot get up and go to the bathroom due to turbulence which is bumpiness due to the atmosphere. The flight attendants are usually very helpful although once in a while there are some that are not. If you dont like one of them, try to talk to a different one. There are truly millions of airplane flights a day ( you can see on certain websites of air traffic little figures of planes and it is amazing how many there are) and you are safer in a plane than in a car. Are you travelling alone? Then you will be taken care of by the attendants. Try to look at it like an adventure. I bet you will enjoy it !

The first time I flew, I was scared as well. But once you are on the plane, it is too late. All you can do is sit back and then realize it is not so bad. It is like riding in a loud elevator really.

Taking off and landing are the worst parts. but once in the air, it is smooth sailing unless you hit some turbulence which can be anythign like hittign a pothole in the road when driving to some really serious altitude changes that can be pretty harrowing. Such as in bad weather. But nowadays they have technology that helps the pilots avoid most of that.

The flight attendants used to be really friendly and courteous, but nowadays, don't bank on it., They are underpaid unionized workers who have a chip on their shoulders. they are bitter because they could not get anything better than an "air waitress" position. So you never really know what you are gonna get there.

A window seat is very cool, especially for your first time. You get to see things you have never seen before from so high up it will amaze you. And will actually take your mind off being scared. Just about the time you get used to being in the air, you will feel and hear the plane starting tp prepare to land. this can be a little scary, as you feel yourself slowing down and dropping in altitude. You may experience some pressure in your ears, or popping. this is normal. Just hold you nose and swallow, or yawn. That will usually take care of the ear thing. Then you touch down, and the plane taxis in.

Then you will think to yourself, hmm that was not so bad after all!

The worst time I had was flying through a thunderstorm. It was very loud, but they climbed out and over it. It was not too bad. Usually you will have a veteran air traveler there on the plane siting next to you, that will be able to calm you down. So it is really nothing to be afraid of after all.

Don't worry it will be fine.

If you sit next to the window, close the window's shade. The flight attendents know to care for you first, since you're an unaccompanied minor. If you have to use the bathroom, there's usually one in the front or back of the plane, depending how big your plane is. Ask the stewardess if you need to find it. Just think of something relaxing and just think of yourself in your house or in a car, it really helps. Listen to music, also. I hope that helps you because I had the same exact problem.

your a minor so you'll be a young flyer so an air hostess will take you on the plane seat you and check on you mine use to give me goody bags!! hehe i was very nervous my first time i think i was about 12/13 and now i'm so use to it!!
I on the other hand am scared of plane toilets so if at all possible i avoid it by going to the toilet b4 and after the journey but on an 8 hour flight it's kind of hard!
Try not to worry flight attendants have young flyers every day and will take really good care of you and sometimes theres other young people so you'll have company!!!!
I love sitting by the window to see the sky and stuff but thats personal preference seriously try not to worry there really helpful!!

Bathroom is located at back lol. Most flight attendants are friendly and helpful. And yeah sitting next to a window is good if you want to enjoy the view. But watching the TV on the plane is what i do.

You definately need to bring stuff to keep you busy, like an iPod or MP3 player.

Bring Magazines, too. If you are scared of heights, I wouldnt look out the window, or sit by it.

The flight attendants usually are nice...but there are occasionally rude ones.

Also, make sure you bring snacks of some sort, because usually they dont serve very good food.

It will be fine, chew gum so your ears will not hurt because of the pressure.
Make believe you are getting on a bus not a plane.
Keep telling your self to have fun! Go to the bath room before you get on. Take some snacks with you. Take cd player with ear phones. It will take up your thoughts. A book too!
The flight attendents will be nice to you. Do not be afraid to ask them a question. Because of your age they will help you even more so take advantage of that. I wish you a happy flight and have funnnnnn!!!

Hehe don't worry =] Well if you have to pee, you wait till they say it's safe to remove your seat belt then you can get up and go to the bathroom.
And take things to occupy you, especially if it's a long flight... a book, magazine, music anything !
