I follow advice from those I ask, and from those who really mean something to me. Unsolicited advice I generally ignore.

I listen to it and depending on who it is from, what their agenda or prejudices might be, decided whether it is valid or not in my case. I consider their viewpoint when deciding. Often others' advice may offer up an avenue of thought you would not have come up with. Ultimately it is always my decision.

Not always. I listen and decide if I can use any of their advice. We get pieces of good and bad advice all through life. Some of it is very valuable. I keep the parts that are good and forget about the other parts.
