I saw it too. I called out my family. I honor your Spiritual Vitality. I feel that all things in your life point to God. You have a very strong conviction and I think that is just great. Bless your heart. I am a star watcher and I have seen this two days in a row now. It is being said it is a change in the ozone. But far to many people saw it. But, I do know of some who could not spot it. So humm makes one think a little to hard about it.
The signs and wonders you are speaking of are going to be a little different but you are looking in the right areas."The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD."Joel 2:31
I am going to talk to my contacts I have. I do know that the Catholic church has people that do watch for the signs and wonders. They would let us know. You can contact your local Observatory about questions or directions to whom to ask about this if it was the ozone extra.
This is the scripture that is getting you all jazzed I belive:
"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." Luke 21:25-28
Peace Be with you,
Your Sister In Christ

No, I didn't notice. It was cloudy here last night, so I couldn't even see the moon.

These answers tell me someone's getting scared. Wise up folks. The God of wonders is coming soon. No smoke and mirrors, no satanic spells. Don't be asleep when He comes.

Why dont you try looking it up and learning about it? Most of the christians you are appealing to are not educated enough to offer you a genuine explanation as to what it was. It is called science

You know, I realize that you aren't familiar with this occurance, and have no clue that it is relatively normal, so I take back my former answer and give you this: http://www.popastro.com/sections/planet/atmos.pdf
and this: http://www.du.edu/~jcalvert/astro/skyobs.htm
I apologize for taking a negative stance earlier, I tend to get a little ticked when natural things are mistaken for supernatural things and people validate them by asking others who don't look for rational explanations.

I can't think of how to explain this rationally... surely it's a sign from God!
Are we living in the 16th century or what?
