Go squats. there are several different kinds of positions you can place you legs in that will effect what part of the muscle will be used. For instance, place you feet wide apart, and point your feet out. that will work your inner thigh.

If you don't know what a squat is, it's were you put a crap ton of weight on your shoulders and squat down. keep your back straight, and your head up.

Parallel squats and Box squats with weight. The more weight and less repetitions the better. Weight bars and weights can be bought at Wal-Mart for less than 100 dollars. I would buy just a few weights in the beginning and buy more later as you grow stronger. It took me several years to get a nice weight room. But in the beginning I didn't need much weight.

Lunges are a very good exercise to target that area. In addition to that you can yoga and stretching to get that area more limber. What happens when you stretch, especially when you muscles are swollen after the workout, is that the fascia which surrounds the muscle is forced to expand allowing more room for it to grow.
