I asked this question about an hour ago and like 5 people said to feed her boiled rice, hamburger, or chicken.
What's the purpose?
Is it healthy?
Will it make her puke more?
...or will it come out the other end? O.O

help.
:(

I can't take her to the vet because it's Sunday. She's throwing up her food and grass.
Now answer my question..
WHAT IS UP WITH THE BOILED RICE, HAMBURGER, AND CHICKEN!?

[sorry, I haven't slept in 26 hours.]

Hi Emily,
First, before you feed your dog anything, you should try to determine why he/she threw up. Usually, not always, a dog has eaten something outside that doesn't agree with their stomach. If it's simply grass, let them get it all out. Then, feed small portions of boiled rice and chicken and water...and watch them. My vet says a little Pepto Bismol usually settles the stomach. However, if the dog has ingested a household chemical, cleaner or a poisonous mushroom outside, please get to the vet, FAST! Hope this helps.

I would take the dog to the vet. We just lost a dog from a virus, last week. One of the symptoms was vomiting. They started meds, IV, etc. and he didn't make it through the night, please don't take any chances. I know its Sunday, but I am sure there is someone that would take you call.

Don't worry, sometimes when my dog pukes she is either choking , or just had too much people food if thats why your dog is puking, then it will stop.
