Can I gain weight when I eat a lot after having a Diet of 2 Months? I've lost 7 Kilos in 2 Months. but recently I've been eating normal again ( ok, it's more than usual ) . I'm so afraid that I'll gain weight again fast. Is it possible? what can I do to prevent it?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

See this is whats wrong with people today. Diets are always temporary which is why a lot of people go on a cycle of weight gaining and then dieting. Just keep eating healthy there's nothing wrong with what you've been doing keep it up.

-Eat smaller meals
-Drink a cup of water before you eat anything
-Every two hours (between meals) eat a VERY SMALL amount of [healthy] food (like an apple or a handful of walnuts). Either food or water.
-Make sure to exercise. Yoga, running, walking..it doesn't matter.
-Get your sleep. It's scientifically proven that if you get all of your sleep, you're less likely to gain weight.
-DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST! Or else the next meal you have will go straight to fat storage.

Hope I helped!
