a half cup of frozen yogurt yields 300mg of calcium as compared to 1/2 c of milk which has 160mg calcium in it. i would make sure you are getting organic frozen yogurt though because all other frozen yogurts contain high fructose corn syrup which is REALLY horrible for you!!!!

yes but not as good as leafy green vegetables (spinach, collard greens, chard, kale, etc)
