The Human Civilization, but if you want to be more specific and relate it to certain groups then just put the name of the nation and then civilization, such as the American Civilization, or British Civilization, etc...

the name of our civilization is not changed since the begining of time
we will always have nations that claim too be human but how can that be when we are the only specis that kills for fun an profiit ie;big oil

We are as we have been since ancient Greece; Western Civilization. All our differences in culture, from Greece to the USA are minute compared to the differences between all of Western Civ and those cultures of the East, from Israel to Japan.
FYI: Despite its geographic locations, both Australia and New Zealand are classified as Western.
