i mean I know it's the _____ sac I learned in biology but i have never seen it on the yolk before about 2 months ago. so may i eat it ?

It is perfectly safe to eat. My husband's mom always takes them out of every egg she uses. I remove them when my husband is in the kitchen. When he is not there, I may or may not. If you feel more comfortable eating eggs without the little "bubble" and you don't mind taking the time to remove them, go for it.

If you could still eat the egg which was in the sac of the hen before she laid it to get her chick born. I suppose you could eat the egg that you bought to be eaten. That white sac could have been the heart of the chick.As a matter of fact, the complete egg was the future hen!
