The spiritual aspect of sex has the origin ,where the experience of an orgasm was narrated as comparable with bliss through spiritual practices.It's a state of mind where the whole existence stands dissolved and mind has one and only one experience and nothing else.Natural part is self explanatory,as all life forms are the product of nature.

God created sex. When Adam and Eve begin to cleave, they did not need a leaf. Sex is natural.
It is a God given appetite, "but we are not to be controlled by our appetites." Appetites out of control become addictions.
A glass of wine is fine, unless you drink enough to fall on your behind!
Is sex spiritual? It can be, the emerging of souls, thus the expression "soul mate." One mate!
In this modern society, we have chosen hedonism and base pleasure over the concept of "soul mates."
When pleasure becomes "our God" as in "we do not control our appetites," then it becomes an addiction and at that point, would not be very spiritual.
As in all things, we are free will agents and our life choices have consequence. This includes the experience of sex.

Sex is always natural and spiritual when performed according to God's plan.
It is by sex that God brings forth and creates new souls. There is nothing more spiritual than that.

99% yes! If the couple are mature enough, it is a magical expierience. To others, it is something to do to impress people...
If done to how you feel natural, its one of the most intimate expierience you feel, but if done just to kill time, or because your drunk, its by no means special. Sex is true love if the couple of intimate enough.
The 1% comes from excercise - scientists have proved it is good excercise, and stimulates good chemical things 'in' the body!
