I didn't know it was the same name, but I figured it out from the previous answers...
So, in Greek it's Ιωσήφ (Iosif) pronounced [ ee-oh-sEEf ]

Universally all languages pronounce names the same.Acually in all languages we say nouns the same as well.Unless you acually have a seperate name in that language.
