Hainanese Chicken Rice, a type of chicken rice that found in ASEAN countries and SE China. To keep the chicken meat juicy, the chicken mostly undercook. Chicken were chooped and you can see there some blood on the bones.

People with the slightest bit of common sense do NOT eat raw or undercooked chicken because of the salmonella bug which is not so prevalent in other creatures !_!

BBQs are the most common source of undercooked meats.
Kentucky might be another area for frying chicken a little too lightly :-)

Eck. Nothing comes to mind. Most third world countries I know of like their food really cooked, especially meat. The best meat they like is blackened (burnt) BBQ chicken, curried chicken. Unless you're talking about further East. Good luck.

Working bachelors(ettes) do just because cooking is not their forte'. and guessing from frozen to finished is an art of guessing at times(how long to cook/I wanna eat now).
