I was mucking about with the kids hula hoop and was supprised at how difficult it was to keep in moving, i used to be very good at it when I was young, so can any one tell me is it a good form or exersize for my waist line?? will it tone my stomach muscles and burn calories

yes! it does wonders to your waist! my friend is chubby. but she loves hula hoops .. her waist is thinner than mine though im not chubby at all
