We cannot offer you a diagnosis here on Yahoo! Answers.

Finding the diagnosis for this illness is going to be an interesting case for your doctor.

Most commonly your symptoms would fit well with an Infective type of illness, however the time course is a little long. Is it a month? I think you're describing 3 weeks.

Other illnesses that could account for this include: rheumatological diseases (Crohn's disease, SLE, other forms of arthritis).

However, we have no ability to take a full history, perform an adequate examination or order the relevant tests.

Go see your doctor.

Elevated temps are VERY often caused by an infection of some sort. Your doctor should also have labs done to check your urine and blood to rule out a possible UTI, or some other type of infection. NSAID's only help temporarily bring down the temp, you need to find out what is causing the spike in temps so you can be properly treated.
Ask your Doc. to have a UA(urinalysis) done with a culture if positive. And bloodwork to check for elevated white blood count.

You must find your father Luke, he will have the antidote of Goats eyes and Yac dandruff. This will ward off all problems.
