I know, a little manners goes a long way. I say my pleases and thank yous.

Its just etiquettes. You see, I am a firm believe of well, expressing one self if needed. And well, when you get into a relationship all the packaging of the initial dates will start to corrode and the BURPS, FARTS, BAD EATING HABITS appear.

Just for the blokes, what sort of standard should a girl aim for with dining etiquettes. Do you expect top notch performances? Or a girl who's... more down to earth (but still has her pleases and thanks yous)

Funny you should ask that. Proper etiquette doesn't hurt at all and poor manners is (are) one of those things that come into play evenutally. Guys will say to themselves "Oh, I can handle the chewing with the mouth open etc. etc. because she's so GORGEOUS." but the irritation never goes away and only becomes more intense. It's just one of those "THINGS". :)
Reminds me of a little ditty:
A raving beauty came down the line.
I wooed here, and won her and made her mine.
The years have passed and the beauty is gone,
But the raving goes on and on and on and on and on.

Well someone who is down to earth is great, but eventually some average manners are looked at.... apart from the basic etts a normal person looks at how much attention is been given to him while at food;)

I expect my date to exhibit what could be termed normal manners when dining. One thing i will not tolerate is my date talking loudly while dining. Or anywhere else for that matter. Our conversation is meant for our table and no one else's.

I consider myself lucky if she doesn't excuse herself from the table to go take a "dump".

I dunno, i could care less if she eat steak with her hands like a cavewoman. As long as she can carry on an intelligent conversation, and well if she was wild in bed too wouldnt hurt.
