How do you say

In Japanese they are:

Thanks for always being such a good friend to me.
いつもこんなに良い友人でいてくださり、ありがとうございます。
itsumo konnani yoi yuujin de ite kudasari, arigatou gozaimasu

Note: This is very polite expression. Friendly expression is:
いつもこんなに良い友達でいくれて、ありがとう。
itsumo konnani yoi tomodachi de ite kurete, arigatou

I will remember you forever.
私はいつまでも、あなたのことを覚えています。
watashi wa itsumademo, anata no koto wo oboete imasu

Study hard & do your best in the examination.
一生懸命勉強し、試験で最善をつくしてください。
isshoukenmei benkyoushi, shiken de saizen wo tsukushite kudasai

Kore made shin'yuu de ite kurete arigatou.

"I will remember you forever"

Zutto wasurenai kara ne.
