What would happen if I only consumed liquids from now on? Besides lots of urinating. What kind of health effects would it have?

You most definately would lose some weight and lack a lot of energy. But I dont think it is a totally healthy thing to eliminate solid foods like that forever.

It sounds ok for a period of time, but not for the rest of your life. I could be wrong though.

Depends what sort of liquids. Are we talking soups and fresh fruit milkshakes? You would probably lose weight, but be pretty healthy. If you're just into a liquid fad diet like nothing but water, or diet coke or something, you will probably feel weak most of the time, maybe faint, and lose weight which will go straight back on when you start eating right again ("starvation response").

A lot would depend on the type of liquid which you would consume.

liquid diets are only good for people who cannot chew.
then you can blenderize your steak and your eggs... but why would you want to?

the body needs fibres to function properly, it was made to eat solid food... so i'd avoid the liquid diets
