Beats me, do you think it would be rude for me to yell "Hey Dirtbag!" when I want to get your attention?

LoL Although its dopey expression;however,its funny. If I was called by a cop,a Mexican(I am a Latino,never been to Mexico)why shouldn't I called them Pigs. As result that I am disrespecting the authority and its RUDE I wouldn't called them Pigs . I may said they act like pigs.However, I would never called them Pigs in front of them. That's the recipe of getting a high-fine.

Not one police officer would even give you the time of day. Many would laugh at your lack of intellect. Some may even give you a ticket for disorderly conduct.
