I can't think of anywhere in the world that wouldn't require a visa to live there indefinitely. At least one of you is gonna need a visa either your wife to live in Canada or you to live in the UK.

Weighing everything up it is much easier to get you here to the UK than it would be to get your wife into Canada.

A UK Entry Clearance visa for a spouse costs £500 which lasts for 2 years and at the end of this time, you would apply in the UK for a settlement/residency visa £500 again. This gives you indefinite leave to remain. For the first 2 years you would have no recourse to public funds and your wife would not be able to claim income support for you. After the first two years on your settlement visa you would be entitled to everything she is entitled too including income support, jobseekers allowance etc...

OK, here's the deal:
1. Residence as foreigners without visas is simply not available on this planet.
2. BUT:
There are nations with visa requirements which border on the ridiculous - namely Uruguay (a nice, quiet place, and good to be in, believe it or not), and Paraguay (impossible to dislike once you're there; the place is magic).
Other than that:
The obvious has been said (respectively Britain and Canada, with spouse's visas).

Not a lot of places really. Where do you currently reside? You would need a visa for UK and wife would need one for Canada. Same if you decided to live in another Commonwealth country like NZ or Australia, you'd need to apply for a visa there.
