Are there undergraduate course available in India for international relations studies?

I am 28 y.o., from India and I would like to become a diplomat. I've completed my 12th grade in the year 1998 and was in a medical school and discontinued it as i'm not interested in it. I realize that I like the subject of foreign affairs and hence would like to be a diplomat. So please tell me if i could have an UG in international studies in India, if so where in India. Thanks.
